I have a friend here with epilepsy, she's not supposed to have baths either - but she does. Though she doesn't have quite as many seizures as this girl.
She lives on her own, and from what she tells me, her parents worry about her all the time. She doesn't tell them she has baths.
However, she does seem to know when things aren't right, and wouldn't risk it if there was any chance of one.
